Router table made!
I'm lucky enough to know someone with their own workshop and measures in microns, not millimeters! When I presented him with my router table plans he decided he could do a better job...
So, after measuring my router and knocking up a quick CAD file, he'd built me a virtual router table which was then sent to a CNC drill and holes measured perfectly!
Very pleased with it. I used the measurements from the "Tools and Techniques" file in Dave's plans and instead of having rough cut holes, I'll be using a 3.4mm router bit and then a 4.2mm bit for the finishing cut.
I haven't had a chance to give the router table a go yet, but I have had my A1 prints delivered!

I'll be hopefully cutting out circular pieces tonight and getting ready for the frame.
